This group is for LESSONS in BALLROOM (waltz, foxtrot, tango, quickstep and Viennese waltz) and LATIN (cha cha cha, rumba, samba, paso and jive), for couples with previous experience of ballroom dancing.

The focus is on helping couples dance independently, giving them the confidence to attend tea dances and social events.

We hold an annual tea dance, and also visit Blackpool for dancing and afternoon tea in the famous Tower Ballroom.

We are lucky to have a fine wooden floor at the Methodist Hall which is excellent for dancing. There are also kitchen facilities, for those wishing to have short break for a cuppa, etc..
